Let Your Subconscious Do the Heavy Lifting
Most people try to solve problems by bruteforcing them with their limited attentionspan. That’s like forcing a trickle of water through a straw when you have a firehose available.

The subconscious isn’t just faster. It runs in parallel, constantly scanning, recombining, and solving. The key is to feed it the right inputs to signal importance and direction - then get out of its way.
The Autofix Flow: Why → What → How → Execute
1. Why → Reiterate the Vision
Each day(eg morning), restate your vision (in vivid detail if possible). Write it down in plain words. This is the “purpose variable” you want your subconscious to optimize for. Without a clear why, it direct its power wherever it wants.
2. What → Write Down the Blockers
Next, write out everything that stands in your way. Don’t just pick one problem. Capture:
- bottlenecks
- fears
- hesitations
- decisions waiting to be made
- problems needing solutions
Writing (physical/action/non-thinking) them down is critical. It moves the task into subconscious processing.
3. How → Release to Diffuse Mode
Now stop thinking. Shift attention into the body and let go of the mental grip. There is only one "thinking lane" to your consciousness, don't keep sitting on and blocking solutions from bubbling up through it.
Practical methods:
- Walking: notice your surroundings, let attention drift.
- Breathwork / meditation: count breaths, anchor in the body.
- Sports: physical exertion leaves no room for overthinking.
- Naps / Yoga Nidra / NSDR: conscious release, subconscious processing.
- Journaling dump: write continuously without judgment.
The mechanism is always the same: consciousness focuses on physical feeling, which frees the subconscious to work in the background. Keep pen and paper nearby. When something surfaces, capture it immediately.
4. Execute → Harvest and Integrate
Harvest everything that comes: snippets, flashes, partial answers. Later, review and integrate them into real execution. In practice, around 80% of blockers get clarified or resolved this way.
The Goal
